Advanced bloodlines are special skills or techniques that is passed down from a family member to another. It only runs in that family's bloodline. Thus, a Byakugan or Sharingan user cannot copy it. In the Naruto series there are many instances of shinobi using their advanced bloodline skills. With that in mind, I shall now go into some of the most important bloodlines in the series.
Uchiha Clan Bloodline: This bloodline inherits a power known as the sharingan. The sharingan has the ability to copy techniques performed by the oponent shinobi. The Sharingan is a power of the eyes and released from the pupils. This power allows the person who has the Sharingan to read all types of Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu allowing them to defeat the moves. It cannot read other advanced bloodlines and copy them though, because those techniques, as said earlier, are only able to be performed by inheriting them.
Haku's Bloodline: The descent of Huku's advanced bloodline is unknown. All that we learn is that it is an advanced bloodline which allows him to move at extremely fast speeds via a mirror system. His parents were killed because they had the advanced bloodline, yet Haku survived. His advanced bloodline proves to be valuable for a while, but it wasn't impossible to defeat.
Hyuuga Clan Bloodline: This clan inherits a power known as Byakugan. This ability means white eyes, and, as you see in the image above, that is exactly what happens. Do not mistake this power with the Sharingan, for they are quite different. Unlike the Sharingan, this technique can not copy moves. Although it can not copy moves, the Byakugan may just be better then the Sharingan, as Kakashi admits. It has the power to be able to see through nearly anything, as well as the ability to know what a person is thinking just by the movements of their eyes. Also, it gives the user the ability to see 360 Degrees around him. This means that a Byakugan user cannot be attacked from behind, unless the attacker is extraordinarily fast. This, as you can see, is one of the most useful and powerful advanced bloodlines to have.br>
Aburame Clan Bloodline: This clan contains the special power of bugs! For that, it is also known as the insect clan. The bugs are called Kikai bugs. The users are given to the bugs at birth. In exchange for them to feed a bit of the user’s chakra, they fight for them. The user can control the insects through his mind. The bugs are very special since they can suck the opponent’s chakra. If they suck enough they become deadly enough to cripple the opponent, thus they can never fight again, or even kill the opponent! The bugs can also block attacks for the users and them are extremely helpful in spying. This is obviously one of the more queer bloodlines in the series.
